Richard
and Bonnie Robertson have been married for thirty seven years
and have three daughters and three grandchildren. Originally from
Louisiana, they moved to Little Rock, AR in 1989. Around 1992
they went to BJ's Star Studded Honky Tonk in Little Rock (now
Electric Cowboy) and got their first taste of Country and Western
dancing. They learned to dance soon after, and for the last 15
years have been attending and competing at dance events.
Bonnie
and Richard are 1997 and 1998 Overall Silver Division Champions
of the Fun Country Dance Circuit. They
have also competed in UCWDC 's Silver Advanced Division.
Bonnie
and Richard especially enjoy the camaraderie with others at
dance events; socializing and having fun. Bonnie says "The
best thing a person could say after attending the Arkansas
Country Classic is that they had a great time". She
says that she feels great about being part of the American
Country Dance Association dance circuit. "American Country
Dance Association will continue to grow because it's a great
value and it's FUN!!!!"
